1.Safe Guarding & Welfare 

All Members of Castleside Club F.C. are responsible for ensuing all safeguarding and welfare rules are followed,

As a Club we take all Safeguarding and Welfare rules very seriously to ensure all players and staff are safe from discrimination, harassment of any kind and can enjoy football as best they can when they attend any training session and matches.

All Coaches and Managers have a full FA Enhanced DBS check and relevant qualifications in order to provide a safe and enjoyable playing experience.

We also have a Clear chain of command in order for any Member to raise issues if they need to do so.

1. Team Assistant
2. Team Manager
3. Club Chairman
4. Club Welfare Office.

depending on the severity of the complaint or issue all members can go to anyone within the chain of command to seek advice.

2.Notice of Approach Policy

as per the FA 7 day Notice of Approach, we reserve the right not to waive the 7 day notice. any breach to this will be reported to Durham FA and any club failing to adhere to this rule could face disciplinary action from their County FA.

3. Use of Club Name and Brand (Crest)

Castleside Club F.C. reserves the right to remove the use of anything associated with the club including but not limited to:

1.Club Name
2.Club Crest
3.Club Colours
4.Club Promotional Material

we also reserve the right to charge a fee for anything associated to Castleside Club F.C. in order to ensure our Name is used correctly, any person not associated with the club but wanting to use anything associated with the club will be asked to do so.

Anyone using anything associated with Castleside Club F.C. will be in breach of Intellectual Laws, Copywrite Laws and Trademark Laws and risks Legal action should the Club Decide that is the appropriate action, Please see "LEGAL" page for more information.
